We recently completed a custom precision guidance installation on a LiuGong grader, fitting a Trimble GFX 1060 display, Trimble NAV 900 controller and Trimble EZ Pilot assisted steering system.
As there is no standard kit for this application, we designed and built a custom solution to suit the machine. This included custom mounting brackets, tailored harnessing and careful integration to ensure the system was installed cleanly and professionally within the cab.
The GFX-1060 provides a clear guidance interface with mapping and line control. The NAV-900 delivers accurate GNSS positioning and heading, while the EZ-Pilot system provides assisted steering through the grader’s steering column.
The result is a grader now equipped with precision guidance capability, improving accuracy and consistency for grading work.
